Usage Guidelines & Permissions

The ubqty name, logos, brand marks, and other brand assets ("Brand Assets") are proprietary assets owned by UBQTY AG and licensed to UBQTY DAO for community use. Use of these Brand Assets without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

To request permission for any use of ubqty Brand Assets, including press materials, partnership announcements, integrations, or other applications, please contact:

Prohibited Uses: You may not use ubqty Brand Assets in any manner that implies sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation with ubqty without express written consent. Modification, alteration, or distortion of the Brand Assets is not permitted.

No License Granted: Downloading Brand Assets from this page does not grant any license or right to use such assets. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by UBQTY AG.

UBQTY AG reserves the right to revoke permission for use of Brand Assets at any time and for any reason. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
