By accessing or using the ubqty protocol and associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

ubqty provides a decentralized protocol for tokenizing real-world assets (RWAs) as permissioned NFTs and fractionalized ERC3643 compliant tokens. The protocol enables asset owners to create digital representations of their assets for use in decentralized finance applications.

3. Eligibility

To use ubqty services, you must complete identity verification (KYC/KYB) through our approved identity providers. You represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

4. Permissioned Access

ubqty operates as a permissioned protocol. Access to certain features requires verified identity credentials managed through onchainID and zero-knowledge proof systems. Your access may be restricted based on jurisdictional requirements.

5. Risk Disclosure

Digital assets and decentralized protocols involve significant risks including but not limited to: market volatility, smart contract vulnerabilities, regulatory uncertainty, and counterparty risk. You acknowledge that you understand these risks and use the protocol at your own discretion.

6. No Financial Advice

Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You should consult with qualified professionals before making any financial decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ubqty and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the protocol.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through our official channels. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
